About Right Side Story: Right Side Story is a next-gen youth engagement platform that builds authentic connections between brands and college students across India. We drive impactful campaigns focused on empowerment, education, and social good for emerging audiences. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our team. The person will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, coordinating with colleges, ensuring smooth flow of information, managing data, and assisting in project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and reach out to colleges across India to pitch our initiatives and partnerships. . Schedule and coordinate discussions, presentations, and meetings with college authorities and SPOCs. ◦ Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with college epresentatives for long-term collaboration. • Manage and maintain a database of college contacts, project timelines, and campaign progress. . Ensure accurate documentation and data assimilation for reporting and operational requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to align college onboarding with campaign needs and timelines. • Regularly follow up with colleges for feedback, participation confirmations, and deliverable tracking. • Provide periodic reports on project status, outreach metrics, and relationship management outcomes Skills and Qualifications: ‣ Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Management, Communications, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time management skills. . Good command over MS Excel, Word, and basic data management tools. . Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently. .Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A proactive attitude with a problem-solving approach. .
