Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our team. The person will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, coordinating with colleges, ensuring smooth flow of information, managing data, and assisting in project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and reach out to colleges across India to pitch our initiatives and partnerships. . Schedule and coordinate discussions, presentations, and meetings with college authorities and SPOCs. ◦ Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with college epresentatives for long-term collaboration. • Manage and maintain a database of college contacts, project timelines, and campaign progress. . Ensure accurate documentation and data assimilation for reporting and operational requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to align college onboarding with campaign needs and timelines. • Regularly follow up with colleges for feedback, participation confirmations, and deliverable tracking. • Provide periodic reports on project status, outreach metrics, and relationship management outcomes Skills and Qualifications: ‣ Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Management, Communications, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time management skills. . Good command over MS Excel, Word, and basic data management tools. . Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently. .Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A proactive attitude with a problem-solving approach. .
