Institutional Engagement Officer

Role Overview: At Right Side Story, you will be an Institutional Engagement Officer on a mission to make every school a safe, resilient, and empowering space for students. Your role will involve standing in classrooms, auditoriums, and boardrooms to inspire students, train educators, and present to school leaders. You will build trusted partnerships with principals, trustees, and administrators while leading training delivery and institutional outreach. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage relationships with schools and decision-makers. - Generate leads, secure partnerships, and ensure program adoption. - Represent Right Side Story at education events, conferences, and forums. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in training, public speaking, or institutional outreach. - Bachelors/Masters in Psychology, Education, or Marketing. - A confident facilitator who thrives on stage and in meetings. - Someone empathetic, resilient, and target-driven.
