Institutional Engagement Officer

As an Institutional Engagement Officer at Right Side Story, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by inspiring students, training educators, and building partnerships with schools and decision-makers. Your role will involve standing in classrooms, auditoriums, and boardrooms, representing the organization at education events, and driving program adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage relationships with schools, principals, trustees, and administrators. - Generate leads, secure partnerships, and ensure the adoption of programs. - Represent Right Side Story at education events, conferences, and forums. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in training, public speaking, or institutional outreach. - Bachelors/Masters in Psychology, Education, or Marketing. - Confident facilitator with strong public speaking skills, empathy, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
