Role Description

• The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on a 

variety of topics related to Personality and Professional Development. 

• The trainer will work with individuals and groups to promote healthy relationships, 

overall well-being and skills for a good Personal and Professional Development. 

• The Trainer is responsible for making sure all the protocols related to trainings are 

fulfilled. 

• The trainer would be responsible for handling the sample distribution setup and 

making sure each student who has completed the registration gets the sample. 

Key Responsibilities:

∙Understand the vision and mission of Right-Side Story to work towards Youth well- 

being in educational institutions.  

∙Understand the specific role of the Trainer in educating on the topics of Personal and 

Professional Development  

∙Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. 

∙Manage the sample distribution via registration and keeping a tally of the stock. 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Necessary Skills:

∙A Master’s degree in Education/ Marketing/ Psychology or any related field 

∙0-2 years of experience in a similar set-up 

∙Committed to making an impact on educational institutions i.e. Schools/colleges  

∙Experience in training and managing. 

∙Familiarity with a variety of interactive methods and technologies 

∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

∙Ability to work with diverse groups of people 

∙Inspire and motivate learners 

∙Able to maintain a non-judgemental, empathetic, understanding and respectful 

approach in all their work 

Salary: 25,000-30,000
