We offer structured programs & expert-led training for teachers & students, and policy support to help schools build safer, more responsive environments for children, educators, and leadership.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly proactive and confident Project Coordinator to drive sales 

conversions from Schools/College while supporting our on-ground teams and internal 

operations. This person will be responsible for managing and executing key projects, 

coordinating activities, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth communication 

with internal and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

∙Identify and approach Schools/Colleges across India, pitching our initiatives and 

driving partnership conversions. 

∙Schedule and coordinate discussions, presentations, and meetings with 

Schools/Colleges authorities and key stakeholders. 

∙Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with Schools/Colleges 

representatives driving long-term collaboration. 

∙Manage and maintain a database of Schools/Colleges contacts, project timelines, and 

campaign progress. 

∙Ensure accurate documentation and data management for reporting and operational 

requirements. 

∙Collaborate with internal teams to align Schools/Colleges onboarding with 

campaign objectives and timelines. 

∙Follow up regularly with Schools/Colleges to track progress, gather feedback, 

confirm participation, and ensure timely deliverables. 

Provide periodic reports on project status, outreach metrics, and relationship 

management outcomes.

∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident approach. 

∙Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize 

tasks.

∙Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 

∙Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data management
