Primary Responsibility:

ERPNext specialist to design, implement, and optimize our ERPNext system to streamline workflows and automate various business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to customize the ERPNext platform to manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, attendance, vendor relations, client inquiries, orders, suppliers, payroll, expenses, and accounting processes.

ERPNext Customization & Configuration

• Design, configure, and customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet operational needs.
• Automate processes like email notifications, report generation, and task triggers.
• Develop custom scripts and features using Python or JavaScript as required.
• Integrate ERPNext with other tools or software systems for seamless operations.

Staff and Attendance Management

• Manage employee records, attendance tracking, and leave processes.
• Automate payroll, performance tracking, and HR reporting workflows.

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Create workflows for vendor and supplier management for efficient order processing.
• Automate order tracking, invoicing, and payment processes.

Client Orders & Enquiries

• Automate client inquiry and order handling processes.
• Configure CRM modules for client communication, including automated follow-ups.
