The ideal candidate has an indepth knowledge of safety procedures and building process along with oustanding communication and leadership skills. Skills & Qualification : Proven experience with Minimum 02 Yrs - 03 Yrs as an site supervisor or similar role Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institution Ability to work indepenently as well as part of team Ability to read construction blue prints and elevation drawings Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Excellent communication skills , both verval and written. Ability to manage projects with urgent deadlines Time Management and problem solving skills.
