Role Overview

Project Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project team in

  day-to-day coordination and administration

  of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
• Follow up on action items with team members and stakeholders
• Help prepare client presentations, reports, and project-related materials
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years

  of experience in a Project Assistant, Project Support, or similar role

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  – client-facing role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and basic project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, deadline-driven

  environment

• Mumbai-based candidates only

  – role requires in-person collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  IT or Cybersecurity

  projects
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
