Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate

  end-to-end service delivery

  for multiple client projects
• Manage

  project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual commitments, and quality standards

• Liaise between internal teams (technical, operations, compliance) and clients

• Identify risks and issues

  early, and implement mitigation plans
• Drive

  process improvements

  to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present regular

  status reports

  to senior management and clients
• Work with the cybersecurity team to ensure secure and compliant project execution

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience in

  Service Delivery

  and

  IT Service Management

• Strong Project Management

  and

  Program Management

  skills
• Proficiency in

  Business Process Improvement

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage hybrid work environments

  effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration

  , or related field

Preferred:

• Experience in

  cybersecurity service delivery

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
