This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant located in Pune. The Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating various project tasks. The role also involves assisting in research activities, maintaining project records, and communicating with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Tenure: 1.5 years

Salary: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline

· Proficiency in MS Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Arrange and track meetings and discussions

· Keep accounts for expenditure

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience in an academic or research environment is a plus

· Communicate with Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) (Inter Institutional Biomedical Innovation Programme (CIBIP) as single point of contact.

· Project management and coordination skills

· Strong organizational and documentation skills
