Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Assistant located in Borivali. The Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting project management tasks, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. They will assist in the preparation of project documentation, track project progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining project files.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Time Management skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Relevant experience in project assistance or coordination is a plus
• Educational background in Business Administration, or Engineering field
