Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Project Assistant. The Project Assistant will collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely completion of projects and assist in organizing schedules, documentation, and resources. They will track project progress, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, manage communication among teams, and ensure adherence to deadlines and procedural guidelines.

Qualifications

• Project coordination and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing documentation and schedules
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and online collaboration platforms
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges and suggest actionable solutions
• Prior experience in managing or assisting multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to task completion and team support
