Project Assistant

As an ideal candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will assist in project coordination and conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide regular updates to the team. It will be your duty to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available on-site. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, as well as maintaining project documentation and records. Your role will also involve assisting in quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications, while effectively communicating with the design team and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in project coordination and site visits - Monitor site progress and report updates to the team - Ensure all materials and resources are available on-site - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers - Maintain project documentation and records - Assist in quality checks and adherence to design specifications - Communicate effectively with the design team and clients Qualifications Required: - Background in interior design, architecture, or project management (preferred) - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to visit sites regularly and manage on-site work - 4 to 5 years of work experience in a similar or related field - Knowledge of basic documentation and report writing - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or project management tools is a plus - Must be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Please note that the office location for this position is Raikva Building. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The preferred education qualification is a Diploma, and the ideal candidate should have a total work experience of 3 years.
