Project Assistant

You will be joining Pyxera Global as a junior project assistant for an international corporate volunteer program in Jaipur, India. Your main responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following: - Support the Local Program Coordinator and Program Manager with logistics related to corporate volunteers arrivals/departures/project related events. This may include weekends. - Be available to corporate volunteers during regular working hours (i.e. 8 hours per day), Monday-Friday. - Provide sequential interpretation or written translation (both ways; ENG-HINDI/MEWARI-ENG). - Conduct research of documents to assist the team in finding key information that meets the project goals. - Participate in meetings and interviews with project stakeholders who do not speak English to provide sequential translation. - Assist the team in preparing final PowerPoint presentations and other supporting deliverables. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams. - Experience in translating documents and providing sequential interpretation. - Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills. - Reliable and time-flexible. - Degree in Interpretation/Translation Studies.
