Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring workflows. Daily tasks will also include supporting the onboarding and training processes, maintaining effective communication with potential hires, and collaborating with the recruitment team to meet organizational hiring needs. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the organization's talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse audiences
• Familiarity with Training and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in using online recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
