Role Description

This is an internship role for a Recruitment Specialist Intern. The intern will assist in the hiring process, conduct interviews, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Moreover, the intern will be involved in recruiting activities and support the training of newly hired candidates. This is a remote role.

  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Aptitude for Training and developing new hires
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
