About Dhwani:

Dhwani Rural Information Systems, a social and development sector-focused advisory firm, specializes in developing IT applications for NGOs, government entities, CSRs, and international funding organizations. Job Overview:

As a Project Analyst at Dhwani, you will support the delivery of technology projects for social sector clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients, and learning how tech platforms can be configured to solve real-world challenges.

You will work with Project Managers, Tech Teams, and Clients to ensure smooth execution of projects, from understanding requirements to configuring systems, troubleshooting, and reporting. The role provides exposure to ERP/MIS systems, dashboards, and AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Support

Understand client requirements and objectives.
Support product demos, trainings, and provide solutions for client queries.
Build strong relationships with client teams while ensuring smooth communication.

2. System Configuration & Delivery

Assist in configuring Dhwani’s platforms (ERP/MIS/M&E) based on client needs.
Document requirements, create reports, and follow up on project progress.
Troubleshoot and provide support for platform-related issues.

3. Coordination

Work closely with internal Product, Tech, and Data teams for solution delivery.
Track timelines, monitor deliverables, and escalate issues if needed.

4. Reporting & Dashboards

Assist in designing reports and dashboards as per project KPIs.
Prepare presentations, flowcharts, and meeting notes for clarity.
Conduct research and generate insights to support decision-making.

5. Quality & Testing

Support bug testing, report issues, and ensure fixes are delivered.

6. AI Tool Exposure

Explore and contribute to the use of AI-based tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Project Analyst / ERP Support / MIS / Product Support role.
Experience in system configuration, client support, or ERP/MIS projects is preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data analysis.
Interest in software platforms, reporting tools, and latest IT solutions.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / or a degree in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or Economics.
