Project Analyst

As a Technical Project Analyst for Visa Commercial Solutions, you will lead a Team of Teams (TofT) for one of VCS portfolios. Your role involves providing oversight and governance on the delivery of all product and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless and timely planning and execution, critical for the successful delivery of the FY25 objectives and milestones in alignment with Visa's 2030 strategy. Your strong technical experience and skill sets will be crucial in bringing together key technology and platform components to deliver scalable and robust products and solutions for VCS. Your essential functions will include: - Partnering with Product & Technology leads to drive effective Quarterly Execution Planning (QEP) using Jira Align as the Single Source of Truth. - Facilitating prioritization of Epics and features aligning with program Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and available workforce capacity. - Ensuring effective participation of Team of Teams (TofT) in the Quarterly Execution Planning (QEP) activities within the TofT, collaborating with partners in Operations & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other Visa Technology verticals. - Ensuring adherence to Visa's Agile Management Methodology (AM2) and adopting Visas Secure Software Development Lifecycle Management (SSDLC), Golden Rules, release management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. - Providing quality metrics-based reporting to stakeholders and conducting regular program-level ceremonies. - Proactively identifying risks and dependencies to accelerate value realization and managing cross-functional communications. - Addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with security measures. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced Degree. - Bachelor's in STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math). - Overall, 6+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years as an Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, or Scrum Master working with technical teams. - Proficiency in at least one agile project management tool. - Strong written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and influence change. - Scaled Agile Certification and a good understanding of Release Management practices and Agile techniques.
