Project Analyst

As a Project Analyst at Gallagher, you will be a key member of the Global Operations team, providing essential support to senior members. Your role will involve maintaining high visibility and interacting with onshore business teams across different Geographies. You will play a crucial part in monitoring the Order to Cash business cycle, supporting new project setups, assisting with client billing, and becoming an expert in platforms and processes over time. Collaborating closely with senior team members, your primary objective will be to aid client-facing staff in saving time to focus on revenue-generating tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct ongoing client account and project setup maintenance in the assigned system, including assigning and updating support staff designations. - Verify client account and project information for accurate and timely billing. - Share time details with the Account Management Team to ensure correct project coding as per contracts. - Provide support to project teams for client billing, offer guidance on creating invoices, and review and approve invoices submitted by project teams. - Report and monitor components related to Client Invoicing, such as Advance bills, Unbilled WIP, Write-offs, Commissions, and Accounts Receivables. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office package. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Commitment to quality work, continuous learning, and process improvements. - Knowledge of OpenAir PSA will be an added advantage.
