Project Analyst

Role Overview: As a Project Analyst at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior members of the Global Operations team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the Order to Cash business cycle, assisting in new project set-up, supporting client billing and reporting, becoming an expert in platforms and processes, and collaborating closely with senior team members on daily activities. Your objective will be to help client-facing staff save time for revenue-generating actions, thereby facilitating positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct ongoing client account and project setup and maintenance in the assigned system, including assigning and updating support staff designations - Verify client account and project information data to ensure timely and accurate billing - Share time details with the Account Management Team for accurate coding to the correct projects as per provided contracts - Support project teams in billing for clients, provide guidance on procedural review, and approve submitted invoices for procedural requirements - Report and monitor components related to Client Invoicing, including Advance bills, Unbilled WIP, Write-offs, Commissions, and Accounts Receivables - Assist senior team members in different leadership/stakeholder reporting and derive key insights from those reports Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office package - Ability to work independently and within a team - Managing delivery within defined SLAs and monitoring KPIs - High attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Commitment to quality of work, continuous learning, and process improvements - Knowledge of OpenAir PSA will be an added advantage Note: Omitted the additional details of the company as it was not available in the provided job description.,
