Your Role

• Analyze property mapping operations to derive actionable insights, identify opportunities for process optimization, and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple strategic programs related to property mapping operations, owning the full lifecycle from planning to execution, including the creation and management of project documentation, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, diving deeply into both business and technical domains to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to maintain quality and ensure successful outcomes of mapping operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure strategic alignment, integrated execution, and continuous improvement of our internal operations stack.
• Regularly present detailed reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• B.Tech. in engineering
• Experience of 3 - 6 Years in building business processes.
• Proven experience managing complex operational or technical programs, preferably involving process optimization and internal tooling or systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of leveraging complex data sets to generate insights and drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to clearly articulate program status, strategic insights, and operational recommendations.
• A strong bias for action, capable of working proactively and delivering impactful results in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
