About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive operational excellence in our shipping aggregation

business. The role is centered on enhancing courier performance, improving supply chain efficiency, and optimizing costs through structured and seamless program execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs in courier aggregation and logistics tech.

 Drive courier partner integrations, SLA adherence and process automation.

 Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable

solutions.

 Leverage dashboards and analytics to track key KPIs across cost, performance, and efficiency;

identify gaps and implement corrective measures.

 Manage multiple stakeholders (internal & external) with clear communication and governance.

 Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across projects.

Skills & Experience

 5–10 years of experience in program management / supply chain operations / logistics tech.

 Strong background in shipping, courier management, or e-commerce logistics preferred.

 Proven expertise in managing cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.

Demonstrated track record in cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process excellence.

 Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
