Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 6 years in full-stack development. Languages : Proficiency in PHP , Node.js , and MySQL . Methodologies : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Mentorship : Proven ability to mentor and support junior developers. Problem-solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
