Job Description

Job Title: Account Program Manager – Central Offline Operations
Location: Noida One, Sec 62, NoidaDepartment: Offline Central ManagementKey Responsibilities:

Perform daily sanity checks on offline bill approvals
Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval flows
Coordinate with teams for audit readiness and closure
Track and report financial provisions vs. actual spend
Generate accurate and insightful reports for finance and business planning
Maintain ledgers and assist with month-end closing activities
Present key metrics and dashboards to leadership for decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of experience in accounting, business finance, or operations
Strong understanding of financial principles, ledgers, and audits
Excellent data analysis and presentation skills (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to handle high-volume transactional operations with accuracy
Familiarity with ERP/SAP/Zoho finance tools and center-level expense tracking
