KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • End-to-End Program Management:

    Spearheaded the planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term vision.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Tracking operational metrics to drive improvements in conversions, productivity, cost-efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    Partner closely with Central Leadership and Regional teams to drive business growth and also implement high-impact initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools to monitor and optimize performance against key business KPIs.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:

    Indirectly manage a multi-tiered team, including high-performing professionals, to ensure cohesive execution and accountability at all levels.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure timely and effective project execution across various business units.
  • Continuous Learning & Integration:

    Maintain ongoing engagement with other functional areas to promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Professional Experience:

    3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in a high-paced environment such as FMCG, consumer internet, or startups.
  • High-Growth Mindset:

    Strong drive to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for impact and innovation.
  • Problem Solving:

    Strong interest and demonstrated ability in solving operational and process-driven challenges.
  • Analytical Thinking:

    Ability to approach business problems both quantitatively and qualitatively to derive actionable insights and scalable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Proven track record of effectively managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Educational Background:

    Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution.
