Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs and projects, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project execution.
Analyze program performance data to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
Communicate program status, progress, and results to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance program efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in program management, with a focus on the hospitality industry preferred.
Strong understanding of program management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Experience with program management tools and software, such as project management systems and data analysis tools.
