Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence Kubernetes and Python. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to oversee AI-driven projects ensuring they align with our companys strategic goals and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of AI-driven projects ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
Oversee the integration of Kubernetes in project workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Provide expertise in Python programming to support the development and deployment of AI models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI and software development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and team performance.
Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Analyze project data to identify trends and insights that can inform future projects.
Report project status and outcomes to senior management highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
Demonstrate proficiency in Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
Exhibit advanced skills in Python programming for developing AI solutions.
Have excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
Display effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Be adaptable to changing project requirements and able to manage multiple priorities.
