Role Overview

The primary goal is to ensure smooth handover of assets to field immunization staff, deliver comprehensive training and commissioning support, facilitate data collection, and establish strong rapport with localstakeholders.In addition, the Program Manager will be responsible for identifying and tracking relevant grants and funding opportunities, actively pursuing and applying for them. The role also includes representing the organization at conferences and events, and pitching the product to potential partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives, adherence to

timelines, budget tracking, and timely submission of reports and necessary approvals from the

government.

• Collect field data, conduct analysis, and prepare detailed reports to assess project impact.

• Provide both onsite and online demonstrations, delivering training to end users on the

operation of the devices and the dashboard.

• Troubleshoot technical issues with deployed devices and provide on-field support as needed.

• Assist in understanding and integrating the current immunization and public health policies

of the Government into project activities.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and support for long-

 term project sustainability

• Proactively identify grant and funding opportunities, prepare compelling applications, pitch

the product at relevant platforms, and contribute to research through conference submissions

and publications.

Required Skills

• Must be able to be fluent in Hindi & English.

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

• Knowledge of global cold chain systems, especially related to vaccine and biological

transportation.

• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
