The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) was founded in Silicon Valley in 1992 by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. Role Overview The Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of TiE Surat’s knowledge programs, workshops, mentoring sessions, speaker series, and community initiatives. This role focuses on program quality, speaker management, and member experience. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, plan and execute TiE Surat programs and events Coordinate with speakers, mentors, panelists, and trainers Design event agendas, content flow, and session objectives Manage registrations, scheduling and communication with participants Ensure smooth on-ground execution of all sessions and workshops Work with marketing team on event promotions Gather feedback and prepare post-event reports Support innovation and launch of new programs (EmpowHer, Growth Lab, Open Mic, etc.) Coordinate with TiE Global on program participation (TiE Women, TiE U, TiECon, etc.) Maintain high quality of learning and engagement in all initiatives Preferred Profile 0–2+ years in event management, program management or community building Strong organizational and project management skills Good communication and coordination abilities Passion for startups and learning initiatives Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
