Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and culturally rooted Graphic Designer to join our in-house team, supporting brand design across East India—including West Bengal, Odisha, and future markets in the region. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both digital and BTL creatives and bring a strong sense of regional culture and communication to their work. Key Responsibilities ● Design digital creatives such as Google and Meta ad banners, WhatsApp statics, and push notification images ● Develop BTL assets including hoardings, standees, cutouts, and other on-ground branding elements ● Collaborate closely with the marketing and on-ground teams to translate campaign ideas into effective visual communication ● Contribute to copy ideation—headlines, taglines, and short-form content with regional relevance (especially in Bengali or Odia, where applicable) ● Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all design outputs Requirements ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma ● Prior experience in both digital and BTL design projects ● Basic creative writing or content ideation experience ● Familiarity with East Indian languages, aesthetics, and cultural nuances—especially Bengali and/or Odia—will be an add on ● Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects Plus Points ● Motion design or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) ● Illustration or creative storytelling skills ● Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments Why Join Us? ● Open and transparent culture.
