We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about managing the financial operations of a company with accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include managing handling day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, supporting month-end/year-end close processes, reconciling bank statements, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring timely statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

? Work Experience on Zoho Software is required.

? Prepare the Balance sheet, P & L and compare it with the previous year&aposs finalized accounts, Statutory Handling.

? Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

? Thorough knowledge of invoicing and vendor payments.

? Monthly Profit and Loss Statement.

? Taking care of Invoices & Payments.

Qualification & Experience:

? Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

? Prior experience of 2 years as an Account Executive or a similar role.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.

? Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

? Strong organizational and project management skills.

? Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
