Job Description

BD is looking for Program Manager to join our team

Manage day-to-day operations of the company's Peripheral Intravenous Catheters (PIVC) platform.
Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, MA, and Regulatory.
Own and execute the Design Change Plan for PIVC products.
Collaborate with functional managers and business leaders to address critical project risks and challenges.
Analyze design change situations and data to inform solutions.
Communicate and implement the scope and technical direction for the project team.
