Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager with solid business acumen and experience working with software development, configuration, and commercial teams. Your mission is to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and according to requirements.

Description
A Project Manager coordinates resources and stakeholders, sets milestones and deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project progress. The Project Manager helps define project objectives and supports quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project management, including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, monitoring, and risk management through to launch and post-go live support.
- Collaborate with regional and global Commercial and IT teams to gather business requirements for system development, configuration, testing, validation, and deployment across platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, and other company applications).
- Coordinate workstreams to support implementation of project deliverables, including legal/regulatory approvals, product marketing, and launch activities.
- Manage assigned projects within a regional and global environment.
- Support cross-functional teams and foster stakeholder engagement.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with global processes and project methodology.
- Share best practices for project execution and management.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- BA or equivalent two-year college/technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, with application of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience delivering projects in an international environment, ideally involving software development/configuration and commercialization in B2B or B2C industries.
- Project management certification is an advantage.
- Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is a plus, but not essential.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (software development, marketing, sales, legal, regulatory).
- Experience managing multiple projects across the project lifecycle.
- Business-level written and spoken English required; other languages an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
