Program Manager

We are inviting trainers / program manager from any industry to join NGO in Kolkata and Coimbatore location. Please NOTE candidates who have knowledge on Prompt Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Annotation, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, GCC roles, UI/UX Design, and Coding and can DESIGN course on the same are only invited.

Role & responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute CoE programs in alignment with IndiaAI Mission

and Skill India priorities.

• Develop and manage skilling modules in AI, ML, Data Analytics, Generative

AI, Data Annotation, and Creative Economy domains in collaboration with the

Academic Excellence team.

• Ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and emerging

technology trends based on continuous feedback from industry partners and

donors.

• Oversee delivery through blended learning models (online, hybrid,

classroom).

• Drive certification, assessment, and placement activities for program beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with Government officials (Like- MSDE, NSDC etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

Introduce AI-driven learning tools, simulation labs, and live projects to

enhance learning outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering / Management / Computer Science / Education / Data Science or related field.

• 710 years of experience in program management within skill development,

education, or technology-led initiatives.

• Proven experience in managing AI, Data Science, or Digital Economy

skilling programs preferred.

• Familiarity with CSR-based projects (IndiaAI, Skill India, NSDC) will be an advantage.
