Program Manager

Experience: 8–12 years in SMT PCBA industry

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Proven track record in managing complete project lifecycles, covering initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Strong collaboration skills, enabling smooth coordination with teams across operations, engineering, and supply chain.
• Capable of leading and mentoring teams of 10–15 members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Skilled in capacity management to efficiently balance resources with project requirements.
• Experience handling customer accounts valued at over $5 million, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying strategies, updates, and technical details to stakeholders.
• Solid program management experience with the ability to guide cross-functional teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
