Job Description

Act as the primary front door contact for onboarding/support of programs and tenants on the ServiceNow platform.
Establish an intake and ticketing process for new requests, onboarding tasks, and operational issues.
Provide clear communication guidelines to stakeholders for request submission, prioritization, and follow-ups.
Maintain visibility dashboards showing onboarding status, operational tickets, open/resolved items, and blockers.
Deliver weekly reports and summaries of onboarding progress, operational issues, escalations, and resolution timelines.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) reviews for recurring onboarding issues and propose process improvements.
Ensure all program and tenant teams have access to the ServiceNow platform onboarding process and documentation.
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and communication sessions.
Manage risk, issue, and dependency tracking across all onboarded programs.
Provide status reporting and executive-level communication for portfolio leadership.
