Location: Mumbai Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years in startups, consulting, incubation, or program management About the role- We are looking for a Program Manager who thrives in the dynamic, ever-evolving world of startups. In this role, you will be at the heart of India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem—designing, coordinating, and executing acceleration programs in partnership with leading incubators and innovation hubs. You will work closely with founders, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to help early-stage startups build, validate, and scale. This is a role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, moves fast, and finds energy in solving real founder problems. You’ll also lead select in-house strategic and entrepreneurial projects that help the company expand its footprint and innovate from within. Key Responsibilities- 1. Program Execution & Management Plan, design, and manage acceleration programs (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) executed in collab with incubators across India. Build weekly/ monthly program calendars, learning modules, founder checkpoints, and demo day workflows. Ensure each program milestone is met smoothly—right from onboarding startups to closing out with impact reports. 2. Startup Engagement & Support Deeply understand the needs, challenges, and growth stages of participating startups. Conduct regular office hours, check-ins, and feedback loops to ensure founders are getting tangible value. Curate resources, tools, and connections that can meaningfully accelerate their journey. 3. Mentor & Expert Network Building Identify, source, and onboard high-quality mentors, domain experts, and industry leaders across sectors. Manage mentor relationships, coordinate sessions, and ensure high engagement and satisfaction on both sides. Maintain an active, diverse mentor pool for future programs. 4. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management Liaise with incubators, government partners, corporate innovation teams, and ecosystem collaborators. Represent the company at events, demo days, startup summits, and partner meetings. Build long-term relationships that strengthen the company’s position in the startup ecosystem. 5. Travel & On-Ground Coordination Travel across India for program activities, founder bootcamps, partner visits, and community events. Ensure smooth on-ground operations—venue management, speaker flow, logistics, and participant experience. 6. Lead Special In-House Projects Own and drive internal entrepreneurial projects such as: New program IP creation Community initiatives New revenue-line experiments Knowledge content & ecosystem reports Work cross-functionally with leadership to bring ideas from concept to execution. Skills and qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in startups, incubation, consulting, or project/program management. Strong understanding of early-stage startup challenges, founder psychology, and ecosystem dynamics. Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple moving parts with calmness and clarity. Comfort with fast-paced environments, travel, and hands-on execution.
