About the Role:


PMO Lead


What You’ll Do:

Project Governance & Profitability

  • Lead monthly billing, invoicing, and project profitability tracking to ensure timely delivery and financial health across all projects.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client approvals, sign-offs, and timely invoicing.
  • Ensure smooth execution of internal processes and systems, acting as a central point of accountability—similar to a Program Manager—allowing leadership to focus on strategy and growth.

Strategic Decision Support

  • Partner with leadership on investment decisions, budget allocations across business units, and long-term financial planning.
  • Support initiatives related to company financials, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Contribute to market expansion planning and execution.

Resource Planning & Optimization

  • Oversee organization-wide resource planning and utilization.
  • Lead efforts on resource budgeting and improving billable utilization across the workforce.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce operational costs.

Operational Excellence

  • Streamline and document delivery processes with a clear, actionable playbook of internal systems and workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost control, delivery excellence, and efficiency.
  • Plan and manage the structure, hiring, and development of the project management function.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between delivery, HR, and finance teams, with a view toward integrated business operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to support account growth and delivery satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key liaison for internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and goal alignment.

Technology & Automation

  • Lead the adoption and optimization of PMO tools and dashboards to automate reporting, tracking, and decision-making.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading PMO or large-scale project management functions in fast-paced Tech Consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of project profitability, budgeting, and resource utilization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with executive leadership on financial and operational decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in implementing or optimizing PMO tools and systems.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
