Professional Trainer Required: Freelancer / Full-Time/ Contractual/ Guest Faculty/ Industry Experts.

Role Overview:

Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and practical live training sessions via Zoom/Google Meet
2. Develop or refine training curriculum, assignments, and assessments
3. Mentor students in applying concepts to real-world VA roles
4. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
5. Coordinate with the Academy Team for scheduling, progress tracking, and batch updates
6. Stay updated on digital tools, AI trends, and freelancing platforms
7. Maintain high learner engagement and satisfaction
8. Incorporate Global Best practices
9. Support Community Building & Peer Collaboration
10. Track & Report Learning Outcomes
11. Maintain alignment with the Academy’s evolving vision, methods, and updates through ongoing collaboration with trainers

Training Modules/Expertise Areas (at least 2–3 preferred):

1. Digital Literacy & Communication Coaching

2. Virtual Assistant Skills (Admin Tasks & Social Media Management)

3. AI & Automation Tools

   (ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier)

4. CRM & Client Management Tools

5. Niche VA Training

   (Real Estate, E-Commerce, Coaches/Consultants)

6. Canva & Video Editing

   (Reels, Shorts, Thumbnails)

7. Freelancing & Upwork Proposal Coaching

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a trainer, coach, or educator (virtual training preferred)
2. Strong knowledge in any 2–3 of the modules listed above
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Familiarity with virtual tools (Zoom, Notion, Google Suite, etc.)
5. Comfortable working with adult learners from diverse backgrounds
6. Self-driven, reliable, and proactive
7. Freelancing experience (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is a

   plus

Work Mode & Expectations:

1. Remote work
