Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end production support for TSYS Prime and related applications.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily production issues
(L2/L3 support).
Design, document, and implement production support procedures and recovery plans.
Analyze production errors, identify root causes, and drive permanent fixes.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability and SLA adherence.
Oversee
code migration across development, test, and production environments.
Create test scripts and validate new/changed application functionalities in production.
Proactively manage alerts and system notifications to prevent downtime.
Provide timely updates and incident reports to senior management.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support cross-functional training needs.
Stay updated with global market practices and bring in relevant production innovations.

Key Success Metrics:

Timely resolution of production incidents and escalations (L2/L3).
Adherence to SLA and incident closure timelines.
Effective documentation and process standardization.
Improved system stability and reduced recurrence of issues.
Contribution to knowledge base and team capability uplift.
