We’re looking for a Production Support Associate with 3-4 Yrs Experience, strong communication, ticket management, and application monitoring experience to support our US Healthcare clients and applications.
Basic technical understanding (SQL, AWS, Java)Prior experience in US healthcare domain is a big plus
Location : Kochi.

Monitor production systems and manage L1, L2 support tickets
Handle SLA tracking, reporting, and escalations
Initiate and lead SWAT calls during critical issues
Update stakeholders and leadership during outages/incidents
Maintain and improve knowledge base and documentation
Analyze ticket trends and identify areas for process improvement
Support daily operations like file uploads/copies and data movements
Be the first point of contact for client escalations and requests
Production/Application monitoring
Ticket & SLA Management
Strong written and verbal communication
Documentation and customer handling
Basic technical understanding (SQL, AWS, Java)
JIRA or similar ticketing systems
Prior experience in US healthcare domain is a big plus
