Java Technical Lead

You will be joining UST HealthProof, a trusted partner for health plans, dedicated to providing an integrated ecosystem for health plan operations through our BPaaS solutions. Our goal is to simplify complex administrative tasks, enabling our customers to prioritize the well-being of their members. As a Technical Lead in a full-time hybrid role, you will leverage your expertise in Java and Angular to oversee various software development tasks. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining Java applications and Angular UI. Additionally, you will lead a team of developers, ensure adherence to best coding practices, develop and maintain microservices, implement design patterns, and work closely with Product Owners to deliver top-notch solutions. This role offers flexibility in terms of location, with options to work from Kochi, Trivandrum, Chennai, or Coimbatore. The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office for three days a week.
