Production Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Provide
end-to-end production support
for web applications and related infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve
incidents, performance issues, and deployment errors
in production environments.
Manage and maintain
Linux servers
including system configurations, performance tuning, and patching.
Support and administer
web/application servers
such as Apache, Nginx, and Tomcat.
Implement, monitor, and optimize workloads on
Azure Cloud
and
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
.
Work with
authentication and access management technologies
such as SSO, SAML, OIDC, PKI, and MFA for secure integrations.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure
smooth releases and zero-downtime deployments
.
Participate in
on-call rotation
and ensure quick incident resolution adhering to SLA timelines.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
authentication & identity protocols:
SSO, SAML, PKI, OIDC, and MFA.
Hands-on experience in
Linux system administration
and shell scripting.
Experience working on
Microsoft Azure
services and
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
.
Solid understanding of
web servers and middleware technologies
(Apache, Nginx, Tomcat).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a production environment.

Good to Have

Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Knowledge of
monitoring tools
like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
Experience with
incident management and ITIL processes
.
