Job Description

Application Support (Banking Domain Preferred) 8+Years

Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in alignment with ITIL practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability and performance.

Database & SQL Expertise:

Write and optimize SQL queries across databases such as Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server.
Perform data analysis and troubleshoot database-related issues.

Linux & Shell Scripting,Unix Support

Execute Linux commands for system monitoring and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.

Alert Management:

Configure and manage alerts using tools like CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Prometheus, etc.
Respond to alerts and take proactive actions to minimize downtime.

Logs Management:

Analyze application and system logs using tools like Splunk, ELK Stack, or native Linux utilities.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings.
