What are we looking for? (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Overall, 4 years and a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, customer experience, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong command over SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning.
  • Skilled in using CTEs, window functions, subqueries, aggregation techniques, and optimization practices to support analytical workloads and reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working with Snowflake for data storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Proficient in using Snowflakes SQL dialect, virtual warehouses, time travel, and cloning features.
  • Proficiency in Power BI with a strong understanding of its core components for data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the Banking domain is advantageous.
  • Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail or any ticketing tool.
  • Fundamentals of Data Build Tool (DBT) and Python programming language.
  • Certification in Azure, Snowflake, or Power BI.
  • Flexible to work in shift or occasional weekend work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Working with functional and technical teams that are both India and US based.
  • Provide daily support with a resolution for support cases and act as a liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response times
  • Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, and major incident management.
  • Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of the root cause and impact of the defect.
  • Administration of multiple instances of Microsoft SQL Server which includes backup management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SQL-related job failures, and creation of custom SQL views and procedures.
  • Developing and attending training for self-improvement to assist and share knowledge with the team.
