Job Title: Salesforce Developer & Administrator

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Position: Full Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with System Administration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities System Administration

Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
Resolve customer portal login errors and user access issues
Monitor and maintain system health and performance
Handle support tickets and provide technical support to end users
Troubleshoot data and application integration issues
Manage Salesforce backup processes
Maintain desktop add-ins such as LinkPoint and Excel integrations.
Handle annual SSL certificate renewals

Development

Maintain and enhance existing Apex applications
Maintain and enhance existing data integration feeds
Maintain and enhance existing automations Process Builder and Flow
Update and migrate applications and automations to maintain compliance with supported product and technology versions

Governance, Compliance & Updates

Deploy developer Change Sets to production environment
Stay current with Salesforce functionality retirement and update requirements
Implement necessary changes to maintain platform compliance
Perform quarterly data recovery testing using sample records to validate backup integrity
Conduct quarterly audit log reviews for compliance
Document system changes and maintain configuration records
Support regulatory audit requirements and processes

Qualifications Required

Experience with change set deployments and release management
Expertise with Apex development and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Office Open XML for report generation. Used in existing Apex applications.
Expertise with Salesforce automation options (Flow, Orchestration, Process Builder)
Understanding of SSL certificate management
Proficiency with backup and recovery processes
Experience with audit log analysis and compliance reporting
Experience with desktop add-ins (Excel, LinkPoint, Outlook integration)

Preferred

Familiarity with data integration tools (SFTP, SQL, Informatica)
Experience with email systems and relay configurations
Knowledge of M365 email administration
Familiarity with backup solutions like OwnBackup
Experience with compliance frameworks and audit processes
Salesforce certifications
