Role Overview

The Production & Factory Coordination Executive plays a key role in planning, coordinating and supporting production and logistics operations. This role ensures efficient order processing, timely dispatches, and smooth communication between sales, production, dispatch, and management teams.


Key Responsibilities

Production & Coordination

  • Plan daily production schedules aligned with material availability and sales requirements in cordination with National Sales Head.
  • Monitor production lines and ensure timely order readiness in cordination with Factory Managers.
  • Coordinate closely with the production team for execution and performance tracking.

Order Management

  • Ensure timely process orders in ERP / SAP SD systems in cordination with Sales Support team & Sales Team.
  • Ensure timely status updates to National Sales Head.
  • Prepare and manage order-related documentation including PI reports, daily sales registers, etc.

Dispatch & Logistics

  • Cordination with SCM Department for intimation to Sales team for enabling them to timely Track and plan daily dispatch schedules.
  • Communicate dispatch readiness to sales teams.
  • Ensure smooth logistics coordination to meet committed timelines.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare MIS reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
  • Maintain systematic documentation and compliance records.
  • Ensure transparency and traceability in operations.

Cross-functional Communication & Support

  • Communicate and coordinate with Sales (approx. 27 team members), production, Sales Support, Sales Admin, dispatch and admin teams.
  • Handle customer complaints and support after-sales requirements.
  • Provide accurate reporting to senior management.

System & Tools Experience

  • ERP exposure – SAP SD, MRP uploads, and digital workflow systems.
  • Proficiency in structured data entry, documentation & software tools.


Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Graduate in Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain / Business Administration preferred
  • Experience:

    5–8 years in production coordination, factory operations and order processing & Cordination with different inter department.
  • Ability to multitask and work under strict timelines
  • Strong communication & team-handling capability
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
