Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control the production schedule to meet customer demands.
• Manage production staff and monitor performance, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or issues.
• Coordinate with other departments like Sales, Design & Purchase to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain equipment and machinery to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
• Prepare production reports and present them to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a Commercial kitchen Equipment manufacturing environment.
• Experience should be in sheet metal fabrication.
• Knowledge must be in laser cutting & Bending drawing.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and quality control processes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership & Communication skills.
