Production Manager

Keerthi Agro Mills Pvt. Ltd. is a leading name in the food processing industry, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. As part of our expansion in the Frozen Foods Division, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure product quality, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and control production operations for the Frozen Division to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring compliance with food safety, FSSAI, and quality assurance standards.
• Manage workforce scheduling, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain production records, yield reports, wastage analysis, and downtime logs.
• Train and develop production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
